We are sometimes overwhelmed by different brands whether this is consumer electronics or drinks to even fashion brands all marketing themselves to us so our brains soak up the message to build a brand affinity. With teeth whitening this is no different.

I am sometimes a bit sceptical of marketing and i believe many different products are actually the same made in the same factory and this could be said for teeth whitening.

As a customer or consumer i pay for a service – in this case to have my teeth whitened do i really care about what brand is best, or what has bells and whistles, probably not. I want whiter teeth and as long as the person who undertakes this service or supplies me the product then frankly the brand is second.

Brand marketers are not targeting people like me they prey on the uneducated as they add some magic in the mix to persuade potential teeth whitening customers their system or products are much better than the rest.

I have used a range of products and services and rarely there is much difference because they all do the same which is opening the pores to release the staining and once that process occurs the teeth go whiter, no magic here!
